  Managed WIFI is a service we provide to ensure you are having the best wireless experience possible.

  For only $29.99 (one-time fee) our install Technician can assist you, during your installation, in attaching your devices to Wi-Fi. There is a one-half-hour time limit for as many devices as can be connected in that time. This one-time fee will be added to your first billing cycle.

  - Deferred Months: Don't want to pay today? Then you can choose to push your first payment out 1, 2 or even 3 months after you are installed/activated.
  - Rapid Response Care: NETworx Broadband is always trying to make sure you are always up and running and we have an outstanding record of this! However sometimes equipment breaks down and needs to replaced. In this case, you can add our Rapid Response Care to be put on our Top Priority list. Being a member of this program, if you have an outage at your location, Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and notify us by email, text or phone, NETworx Broadband will guarantee that you will be contacted within 2 hours or you will be credited for that months service! NOTE: This service does not apply to widespread outages.
  - Wi-Fi: NETworx Broadband offers a Wi-Fi Access Point (AP) (where applicable) for your Wi-Fi needs. However, you are welcome to use your own Wi-fi system.
  - Wi-Fi Extenders: NETworx Broadband offers you the ability to extend your Wi-Fi to the furthest corners of your home by adding Wi-Fi extenders.
  - VoIP Phone: We offer our VoIP phone service utilizing the very same fiber internet line we installed. You can upgrade your home line from your current phone provider to a brand new VoIP line. This system works exactly like your existing phone now but you use the fiber line. NOTE: If you are with Windstream for your phone line now, Windstream does not allow porting your existing number away from them so we would need to create a new phone number.
  - Public IP: In rare instances you may need a Static IP. For example, if you are a gamer, some games require a "static" IP to function properly or if you work from home, your company may require one. If you are not sure, please contact us to discuss.
