We strive to ensure you are always up and running and have an outstanding record of this! However, sometimes equipment breaks down and needs to replaced. In this case, you can add our Rapid Response Care to be put on our Top Priority list. Being a member of this program, if you have an outage at your location, Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and notify us by email, text or phone, we will guarantee that you will be contacted within 2 hours or you will be credited for that months service! NOTE: This service does not apply to widespread outages.
Need assistance connecting devices to WIFI?

For only $29.99 (one-time fee) our install Technician can assist you, during your installation, in attaching your devices to Wi-Fi. There is a one-half-hour time limit for as many devices as can be connected in that time. This one-time fee will be added to your first billing cycle and does show in the total monthly payment amount reflected above.
